I know what it's like to be flooded with information about what's healthy today and what's not tomorrow. I also know what it's like to walk into a gym terrified because you don't know what you're doing. I have gone through a journey to love myself, my body and learn how to treat it well. Because of that, I now have a passion for help others find the same kind of peace I've found. I have a passion to educate others about health & fitness and most importantly I aim to teach women not to just settle with accepting their bodies, but actually learn to celebrate their bodies. Want to work with me?
Hi, I'm Danea
I have a passion for faith, fitness and release hope and healing everywhere I go!
I remember growing up dreading having to attend church. I thought the Bible was irrelevant, boring and for old people. I grew up participating in just about every church program possible so I knew a lot of facts and knowledge about God, but I didn't understand what it was like to have a relationship with Him. However going through a traumatic car accident, experiencing PTSD, dealing with depression and surviving a coma I found a relationship with God in a relevant, exciting and authentic way. From then until now I've been fascinated with falling more and more in love with my Savior. The healing I have experienced has been amazing, and I strive to share my struggles in a way to inspire hope and healing for others.
I love to talk-- it's actually one of my favorite hobbies! So it makes sense that I've become wildly passionate about the art of communication. I remember growing up in church and feeling completely lost hearing people talk about God because I didn't understand the definition of all the obscure words and church terms being used. As a result I really checked out of messages and even reading the Bible because it was just difficult for me to understand what was going on. It took me a long time to sift through the overcomplicated jargon and truly learn how simple the gospel message is. Now I've really developed a value for communicating difficult concepts in a way that's easy to understand and fun to listen to.
