No! I can create a workout plan custom to you whether you workout at the gym or at home or with zero equipment!
Will you write me a meal plan?
I do not write or offer meal plans as I am not a registered dietician. I can provide clients with calorie goals, grocery lists and food suggestions. You get to choose your diet to get your results!
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Please consult your doctor before working with me and make sure you get clearance to exercise safely. I will send out a survey for you to fill out explaining any injuries or limitations regarding your exercise program developement.
