I created this program after years of working in the health/fitness field and seeing client after client reach their physical health goals but still having a “delicate” confidence— a confidence that moves according to their performance or physique.
Now one of my greatest desires is to give people the practical tools/knowledge to take care of their physical bodies while teaching them to unconditionally love themselves throughout the entire part of their process and journey—when they don’t see results, when they plateau and when they see results.
I’m not saying we throw away all the practical things, in fact… I LOVE PRACTICAL THINGS because people need to know how to actually take care of their bodies... but I am saying that when we just teach people the “right” things to do it keeps them in a cyclical pattern of behavior modification where confidence moves according to performance and that’s not my style.
I don’t know any other way to deeply transform someone besides with the Person of true transformation— JESUS. And I’m excited to finally share with you that I want to teach BOTH the SPIRITUAL TRUTHS paired with the PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE of taking care of your body from a place of knowing your self-worth and being unconditionally loved. Will you write me a meal plan?
I do not write or offer meal plans as I am not a registered dietician. I can provide clients with calorie goals, grocery lists and food suggestions. You get to choose your diet to get your results!
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Please consult your doctor before working with me and make sure you get clearance to exercise safely. I will send out a survey for you to fill out explaining any injuries or limitations regarding your exercise program developement.
